Completed 2023Design & Construction of Al-Basra General Park
Contract CON-432-21: 30,000 m² waterfront park with marina, two buildings, football and tennis courts, jogging tracks, outdoor gym, musical fountain, shade structures and 25 km of irrigation network.
Completed 2025Rehabilitation of Full Infrastructure — Al-Mihowari Neighbourhood
Contract 021-SC-23-EBS: new water and sewage networks, stormwater gullies, concrete and asphalt roads, sidewalks, curb painting, transformers and full LED street lighting.
In progress · 2026Developing the Streets of Al-Amir Neighbourhood, Badra
Contract 1939: complete street development of the Al-Amir neighbourhood over a 550-day programme, including roads, drainage and utilities, delivered as a CSR project for the Badra oil field.
